Gentle support to help you find more calm, confidence and freedom in your everyday life.
If you’re living with chronic pain, stress or anxiety, or you’re finding it difficult to move forward from something that has happened in your life, I’m here to help.
With over 35 years’ NHS healthcare experience, I bring together clinical understanding with gentle mind-body techniques, offering support that is personal to you, your experiences and what you would like to change.
Face-to-face in West Wales | Online sessions available
You don’t have to work through everything on your own.
When you’ve been struggling for a while, it can be hard to imagine things feeling different.
You may be living with persistent pain that affects your day-to-day life. Perhaps stress or anxiety has become difficult to manage, or a past experience is still affecting how you feel today.
Or maybe you can’t quite put your finger on it, you just know you don’t feel like yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you’ll be met with kindness, understanding and no judgement.
Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to change, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll draw on my years of healthcare experience and specialist training to provide gentle, personalised support designed around you.
Sometimes, taking that first step can be the beginning of feeling differently.

Supporting you to explore the connection between the mind, body and your experience of pain.

Helping you reduce emotional overwhelm and develop ways to feel calmer and more in control.

Gentle support to help reduce the emotional distress associated with difficult experiences and memories.

Helping you move beyond the things that are holding you back and feel more confident moving forward.

I’m a Registered Nurse and Freedom From Chronic Pain Practitioner with more than 35 years’ NHS experience, including 17 years as a Specialist Nurse working in Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Chronic Pain services.
Throughout my career, I’ve always been interested in the whole person — not simply a diagnosis or symptom.
That curiosity led me to study a range of complementary and mind-body approaches alongside my clinical career.
Today, I bring that experience together to provide compassionate, individual support for people experiencing chronic pain and emotional distress.
My approach is professional, gentle and always centred around you.

Supporting the connection between mind and body.
Our physical and emotional wellbeing are closely connected.
My approach brings together decades of healthcare experience with specialist training in:
Havening Techniques® | Freedom From Chronic Pain | Hypnotherapy | Mindfulness | Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
We’ll decide together which approach feels appropriate for you.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Havening Techniques® is a gentle psychosensory technique using soothing touch alongside therapeutic techniques.
It is designed to help reduce the emotional response associated with stressful or distressing experiences and promote feelings of calm and wellbeing.
I can also teach you simple self-Havening techniques, giving you practical tools you can use yourself between sessions.
Sessions work both face-to-face and online.

Taking the first step can sometimes feel like the hardest part, so please don’t worry if you’re not quite sure what you need or whether my approach is right for you.
Simply get in touch and tell me a little about what’s brought you here. I’ll be happy to answer any questions and we can explore whether I’m the right person to support you.
Face-to-face sessions are available in West Wales, with online sessions also available.
