I understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to rearrange your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee, as it may not be possible to offer the appointment to someone else at short notice.
If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to help.
Free 15-minute consultations can be rearranged or cancelled without charge.
